Job Description
To look after the training and placement activities of IB Ops, Analytics, Business Analysis, IT and Research batches.
Co-ordinate between the candidates & Corporate for placements.
Conducting regular placement sessions and addressing students about the process.
Informing about the eligibility to get into the placements pool
Recording student data batch wise
Catering to the manpower needs of corporates through correct match of resource.
Getting the placements agreement duly filled by our students.
Conducting regular mocks and interview preparations lectures
Providing public and private leads
Posting the openings and providing student with a timeline to submit their application
Scrutinize the application as per eligibility and forward to concerned companies
Ensuring timely student availability at the venue to smooth the company interview process
Keeping a track of student application status and updating them on regular basis through one on one with assistance from trainers.
Delivery of weekly placement update to managements and trainers
Visiting corporates fortnightly and taking feedbacks to improve the process.
Student management by resolving queries related to placement.
To arrange personality development sessions by external experts/industrialist.
